When it is cold outside and your furnace is on its last leg, the one thing you do not want is delays. Mrs. Jenkins called HopeWorks when her 20-year-old furnace was acting up. “I contacted another agency, but they did not have the funds to help me. That’s when they told me about HopeWorks.
